Product Features:
1. High flame retardant, low smoke generation. The oxygen index can reach 60%, and the smoke density is less than 5. It does not burn at 1200 ºC, and only carbonizes without dripping when it encounters fire.
2. Good insulation and low thermal conductivity. The phenolic foam material is composed of "closed small air bubbles", which can well block the heat convection phenomenon caused by temperature. Its thermal conductivity is 0.018-0.025w/m.k, which achieves the purpose of saving energy.
3. Weather resistance temperature, high heat resistance. The use temperature of phenolic thermal insulation foaming material is -60°C--150°C, the size temperature is non-absorbent, anti-aging, and has a long service life.
4. Fluorine-free foaming, non-toxic and tasteless, is a green and environmentally friendly building material. The foaming process does not use chlorofluorocarbons, the proportion is reasonable, the reaction is complete, and the formed compound has no residual poison, no odor, acid and alkali resistance, and has good resistance to acid and alkali.
